Abstract :
Design and realization of a highly accurate folder machine is presented in this paper. The most important work is design the control system of the new type machine. In this article, we detail a digital control system based on DSP for a new type of folder machine which take two-phase hybrid stepping motor as its drive-motor. This system is mainly constructed from a TMS320LF2407A DSP which is used as the core of control parts and a dual full-bridge driver L298 which is used as driving part. Combined with other circuits and apparatus, the system fulfills the digital motor control. The electromagnetic restricted relation of two-phase hybric stepping motor and its mathematics models are analyzed and set up firstly. After that two efficient control methods are mentioned: the subdivided control method and torque vector control method. Simulations are done by using the SIMNLINK toolbox in MATLAB. Low frequency vibration of the motor decreased by using subdivided control method, meanwhile the motor´s dynamic characteristics upgraded by using torque vector control. The performances of new type machine are markedly developed as the results of technical modification.
