Abstract :
The well known Elliott (1983, 1985) design method for resonant slotted waveguide arrays is limited to a pure real slot voltage distribution synthesis. In the present work this method has been extended to the case of an arbitrary complex slot voltage distribution including the effects of mutual coupling. Comparison with full-wave analyses confirm the accuracy and computational efficiency of the method.
