The comparative study on process management capabilities influence to IT application level between Chinese and foreign enterprises

This paper discusses the relationship between enterprises process management capabilities and IT application level by means of enterprises investigation and grey theory. It shows the evident differences in the relevancy between domestic and foreign enterprises, and explains the reason of such differences, then constructs an explain logic between the research objects through the Gray system model. A suggestion is proposed for domestic enterprises, which is how to improve IT application level by strengthening process management capabilities. Moreover, its purpose is to promote core capacities of the enterprises and to be stronger in the competition of global market.
