Abstract :
High quality of seed is the most basic and important element of the agricultural productivity. The study of seed and relevant research topics is an important aspect in agricultural science and technology. Because of the special and natural features of seed industry, people often face challenges for the decision of distributor evaluation indicator. A complete research activity including the evaluating principles, evaluating indicator, evaluating data-gaining and evaluating model are studied in the article. We use a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze obtained data, and then study the result of empirical. Finally, some feasible policy suggestions are put forward to enhance policy design.
