Abstract :
Safe storage of grain is an important task closely related to the national economy and the people´s life. It is exceedingly important to automatically measure the condition parameters of grain in barn. The hardware components and software framework of grain condition cyclic test system are mainly discussed, and the function of grain information management system is introduced. In each barn, there is one independently working single-chip microcomputer (SCM), to gather temperature and humidity of grain in barn, and then to transmit to the host computer. The host computer processes the data received, manages SCM and conducts daily management work of barns, predicts the change trend of grain condition. In large-scale national barns data communication always has puzzles of high cost, bad reliable. The wireless data communication module is used between scattered SCM and the host computer. The results of the system experiment indicate that the system is suitable for far-ranging communication in scattered system, has good reliability and high intelligence.
