Abstract :
Owing to the fierce market competition, lean production and lean logistics have become more and more important. The partner selection and tasks assignment of logistics alliance are crucial for the effective implementation of lean logistics. In this paper the partner selection indicator system of logistics alliance was examined first. Then, a multi-objective programming model was set up by transforming the important coefficient and profit margin of partner into decision objective. Finally an application example is given for testing the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and the results indicate that partner selection of logistics union and business volume quotas can be achieved effectively.
