Abstract :
According to the difficulty of the maintenance of the battery, a monitoring system of batteries on-line is developped. The voltage, temperature and internal resistance in each unit of the battery are digitized in order to realize the real time on-line measurement and find timely the failure batteries. A monitoring sensor of batteries and data concentrators is designed. The design principle of the battery monitoring is analysed. The overall structure of system is provided. The design of the system is introduced in detailed. Comparing with the centralized monitoring system which use the analog signal isolation, this design has better precision and reliability, safety and stability, low cost and small volume, and has good prospect of engineering application.
