Abstract :
The design, implementation and performance of RF frequency divider based upon the injection-locking principle and switched capacitors are described. For demonstration, an analog frequency divider operating at 2.4GHz is fabricated by using 0.35μm CMOS process, with a selectable division ratio of 2 and 3.
