Abstract :
Electric vehicle (EV) is regarded as one of the most practical and effective solution for air pollution. Besides higher price and shorter cruising range, battery safety is key obstacle for its market expansion. In this thesis, analysis of corporate strategy of companies from three Asian nations by using WIPO data to show several companies will face safety restriction and have limit in procuring safe batteries.
