Abstract :
In this paper, the general structure of the CAD/CAM system oriented to 7-axis PKM is put forward, the information flow and key algorithm of the CAD/CAM system software is presented. At the same time, the CAD/CAM system software is modularized and functionally described, and some key techniques in NC programming of PKM such as generating techniques of trajectory, post processing and simulating techniques are analysed. The paper also includes detailed experimental verification of the CAD/CAM system.
