Abstract
In the 21st, intangible resources such as knowledge and information have become important asset in an organization and consequently knowledge creation has emerged as an assure managers have to deal with. The creation and management of knowledge has become a central concern to business and management, both as a source of value and as an opportunity to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. This paper focuses on the creation of knowledge and explores how our creativity is `blocked´ in a variety ways, including people´s ideologies, mental factors and traditional teaching. Finally this paper takes a brief look at two ways to support knowledge creation - one is emerging individual motivation of creation and the other is to build a right climate for organization.
