Abstract
The both operation QoS management and monitoring for multimedia services supply are the cornerstones of convergence, towards an NGN architecture in packet switched networks, IMS as NGN control layer manage the QoS by set of Signalization plan in accordance with the specifications which makes provisioning. However, network monitoring also requires intelligence decision processes rather than calculation and treatment. For that we focus on the extraction of various performances and quality indicators, which have a direct impact on services (video streaming), and more specifically the interpretation of MOS (Mean Opinion Score)that represents the perceptual quality of the user.
