IT outsourcing risk assessment for Chinese enterprises based on service sciences and factor analysis

Aimed at IT outsourcing process management which fills a variety of risks, outsourcing risk factors identification and control are studied extensively as a crucial element to reduce risks of IT outsourcing. Through designing and collecting large-scale corporate research and questionnaires, this paper conducted empirical studies for Chinese IT outsourcing enterprises and identified risk factors existed in IT outsourcing processes. Then, this paper consolidated the questionnaire data using the factor analysis module of SPSS statistical analysis software, summarized four key risk factors and provided measurements for these risk factors.
