  • Abstract
    In the Chinese labor market, the peasant workers employment problem is the social big problem. In recent years, new generation peasant workers replace the old, making great contribution for urban construction. Whereas, thousands of peasant workers come into city, leading to peasant workers are more than work. Employment problem make new generation peasant workers produce huge psychological pressure. This paper explores new generation peasant workers employment psychological pressure source and emotional status, building new generation peasant workers employment psychological stress model. In view of the new generation peasant workers´ employment psychological pressure problems, from the government, enterprises and themselves three aspects put forward relevant policy suggestions.
