The industry performance evaluation for western cities in China

There are some literatures about dominant industry evaluation and choosing. However, most of them focus on the state or province level. Up till now, literatures employ methods such as AHP, Artificial Neural Network and others to evaluate a city´s industry performance. This paper would use grey-clustering method to evaluate a city´s industries, and try to get a conclusion about a city´s development.
