Abstract :
Risk assessment of project is important basis of project implementation phase risk management countermeasure choice, the core of which is to have qualitative and quantitative analysis to risk factors, as because the uncertainty of project risk factors, there are many risk analysis methods, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of currently common risk analysis methods of project, this paper puts forward a new idea based on the analytic hierarchical model and gray relative analysis, which avoids the tedious calculation process of weight calculation based on the analytical hierarchy process and consistency check, and its rationality was confirmed by a case study.
