Abstract :
The subject of presented paper is a digital realisation of a measuring instrument of voltage flicker. Errors due to imperfection of the algorithmic realisation and quantization and their propagation across measuring chain are investigated. An analysis of quantization error has shown that it can be reduced by increasing of sampling rate. It has allowed to develop a digital measuring instrument on the basis of the 12-bit data acquisition system (DAC). The structure of measuring instrument and distinctive features realisation are considered
