Abstract :
In this paper the analysis for bandwidth extension of Transimpedance amplifiers using inductive feedback based on the characteristics of complex conjugate poles has been done in details. The circuit achieves a 3-dB bandwidth of around 30GHz in the presence of a 50fF photodiode capacitance and 5fF loading capacitance while only dissipating 2.2mW. Also noise performance is competitive in comparison with state of the art.
