  • Abstract
    In this study, grey relational analysis method is applied to research the relation between the development of common senior high school and some influencing factors, such as macroscopic economy, educational budget, and population. Then, a grey dynamic predict model, GM(1,1), is constructed. Using this grey predict model, we forecast four indexes about the development tendency of common senior high school in the end of the eleventh five years plan and in the period of the twelfth five years plan. Those four indexes indicate the common senior high school education absolute size, relative size, quality and enrollment ratio. From those predictive indexes, we can know the teacher´s need and the funds need. This article tries to find a new way different from traditional method to study education problems and provides scientific basis for educational management.
