Abstract :
After more than one year of deploying 3G mobile services with huge investment from telecoms operators, 3G services do not develop as expectation in Vietnam. The new policy for promoting 3G services in Vietnam is proposed. This policy concentrates not only to promote nation-wide mobile broadband in general but also focuses to promote 3G services in rural and remote areas in particular.
