  • Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to apply the GM(0,N) to probe into factors affecting the occupation selection of the Department of Child Care students. To achieve this goal, we firstly reviewed literatures and generalized the relations among personality types, work values, and occupation cognition. Furthermore, we selected related characteristic-factors. Then, through stratified random sampling, the effective subjects including 1,000 students from the department of child care in Taiwan were selected. We also discovered the proportion of characteristic-factors and arrange in order. Those data was processed and analyzed by Maltab due to its massiveness. The results of this study would be provided not only the requirements of the course planning and students´ career development program, but also directions for future researches.
