Abstract :
The operation of grey numbers is a basic problem of Grey System Theory. Considering the situation of the increase of the grey critical procedures when we use the classic grey number to calculate under deficiencies in the information, the paper made use of standard grey numbers and classic mathematic calculation methods to get the grey critical path, building a new grey critical path method to identify and distinguish between the different natures of the critical paths and improve the effect of GCPM under deficiencies in the information. Then people can take different measures to different critical procedures to ensure the time limit and make the best use of materials. Through the study of a case, the paper validated the effectiveness of the model.
