Abstract :
This paper describes work underway in the IEEE 11073 Personal Health Devices work group to create standards for personal health devices. It covers the domains and usage models that are supported, provides an overview of the IEEE 11073 personal health device suite of standards, and then discusses collaborations that are underway with other organizations wishing to utilize the standards.
