Abstract :
Preheater has the characteristic of strongly nonlinear, large-lag, serious coupling, greatly disturbed etc. Building a dynamic model of preheater is very difficult. In this paper, the work principle of preheater was analyzed; some key parameters were selected, and preheater was described by a dynamic model which is based on RBF-ARX model. Emphasis is also put on the design of the structure of RBF-ARX model, identification, parameter optimization and so on. The results of simulation studies finally show the effectiveness of this dynamic model based on RBF-ARX.
