Abstract :
This paper explores the feasibility of the cellular radar with the mobile base station illuminator for detecting the low-flying small targets. First it analyses the choice of illuminator, available signal for cellular radar. Then on the basis of the analysis of location precise, this paper presents the key technique and design points for experiment plat.
