Abstract
Design is a threatening word to many students because they have never been taught how to do it. Faculty act as though design is a creative function automatically present in any college student. Experience shows this to often be not the case. This paper describes evolving methods for teaching the design process in the setting of a “senior design” project in electrical engineering technology
