  • Abstract
It is evident that environmental concern and awareness is not a passing fancy. This is a technology issue that will grow in importance as we reach the next century. Here, the authors describe how electrical engineers have the opportunity to take a lead in finding innovative solutions to these new challenges, and argue that the integration of such environmental concerns into the electrical engineering curriculum is essential for future success
