Abstract :
In this paper, a block of active phased antenna subarray module was designed, simulated, fabricated and measured. Firstly, the topology of the active subarray module was described in detail. Then, six subassemblies of the module were designed, fabricated, test and optimised separately. At last, all subassemblies were assembled to form the whole module. Good measured results of the module validated that the design method was well fit for relative program.
