Abstract :
The exact phase measurement assures of power network running status analyzing veracity. In this paper, firstly, Kalman algorithm has been chosen for the phase measurement according to the analysis of the calculate errors of the different algorithms; Secondly, the errors caused by the non-synchronous sample have been corrected by using the method of tracing the real-time frequency calculated by Fourier equal ratio algorithm. The results indicated that the calculation precision has been improved. So the real running status of power system can be gained by the phase measurement results and the power system analysis accuracy can be improved.
