Abstract :
In this paper, a new and efficient method to get the complex propagation constant γ=α + jβ of the microstrip leaky wave antenna (MLWA) is presented. The theoretical analysis is based on FDTD. The numerical result calculated by the new and efficient method agrees well with measured results and comparing data.
