Abstract :
Search And Rescue (SAR) becomes important issue because of the frequent disasters on earth lately. Due to its complexity, SAR task must be pre-calculated for benefiting decision making process. SARA model, based on the military kill chain and Markov Chain, has the merit of a quick analysis with convergent result. The limit of SARA model is the lack of reliable input data from SAR database or sub-models´ support.
