Abstract
In this paper a new CMOS differential current amplifier is proposed which shows improved performance as far as the maximum allowed input current swing and the rejection to common mode signals are concerned. A further increase of CMRR can be achieved by properly combining current amplifiers of this type. The circuits are suitable for low-voltage low-power operation. Thus, the circuits may process high input currents under low power dissipation. The operation of the proposed circuits is verified by simulation using three different transistor models
