Abstract :
The paper describes a CMOS self-calibrating input interface for differential, high-speed, low-supply voltage Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs). Thanks to a calibration procedure at power-up, the converter´s INL is reduced to a fraction of LSB even using short channel MOSTs as input devices, thus leading to higher input bandwidth and/or lower power consumption
