Abstract :
This paper presented a smart IVR (interactive voice response) system based on application gateways,aim at the variety of the data that the customerpsilas attention and query, build the voice files of data demanded and play these files for response through application gateway and TTS,to meet the query requirement of the customer and company quickly.
