Abstract :
This paper proposes an interval-analysis based power flow computation for calculating multiple power flow solutions in power systems. The interval technique provides more reliable solution with the upper and lower bounds. This paper makes use of the Krawczyk method to evaluate the interval power flow solution. The method is effective for solving the nonlinear equation due to the feature that it can provide all the solution. The proposed method is demonstrated in sample systems
