Abstract
This paper studies a network of N chaotic cells with time-variant hysteresis using a concept of Intermittently Coupled Capacitors (ICC). The network exhibits interesting phenomena: synchronization of chaos, synchronization of periodic attractors and their co-existence phenomena. We clarify these phenomena theoretically using a mapping procedure. Some of the theoretical results are verified in the laboratory. An approach toward generalization of the ICC technique is also discussed
