Abstract :
The paper proposes some simple macromodels for the power stages of a PCU. These models allow easy analysis of the DC behaviour of the power system on the DC frame, by referring the AC-side net to the DC side of the inverter. Moreover, using this approach, also the transient analysis of the circuit DC part becomes easy and fast, as the AC current is already assumed to be in phase (or in a particular phase relation) with the grid voltage without simulating the circuit AC part along with the current loop (or the PLL circuit).
