  • Abstract
    Various techniques have been developed for analyzing electromagnetic wave diffraction by a system of finite number of obstacles and periodic structures. Some numerical difficulties can be overcome by using the solution of the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction by semi-infinite discrete structure. In this paper we develop some new methods for numerical calculation of the reflection operator of a semi-infinite system of partly transmitted layers
