    This paper studies the class of uncertain dynamical time-delay linear systems with Markovian jumps. The time-delay is assumed to be dependent on the system mode. LMI-based sufficient conditions for the robust stability and output feedback stabilization axe developed. To illustrate the validness of the theoretic results, many numerical examples axe worked out
