  • Abstract
    This work is dedicated to the consideration of nonstationary excitation of dielectric slabs placed on a dielectric half-space by the Green function method, with the use of Laplace transformation. As a result of the problem solving, compact analytical expressions have been obtained representing the fields diffracted on the stratified dielectric environment in the time-domain. A clear physical interpretation of the behaviour of the fields reflected from the slab is suggested
