Abstract
In aquiculture, the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water has great influence on the growth and development of fish. It is quite necessary to monitor the dissolved oxygen concentration in the fish pond. In this paper Dissolved Oxygen Monitoring and Control System is designed, which we present the system structure chart, circuit for communication, and the list of some program for CDMA dialing and hanging up, sending short messages. The paper discusses real-time monitoring of the dissolved oxygen in the fish pond based on data collection and processing by means of the dissolved oxygen sensors and related circuits, and the realization of automatic adjustment of the dissolved oxygen in the pond by means of timely control of the working state of the aerator. The paper also deals with the realization of remote monitoring by transmitting signals to the pond´s owner through AT instruction on the CDMA platform based on the combination of RF radio frequency techniques and the CDMA communication techniques. As has been proved by practice, the remote data transmission realized through the CDMA communication combined with the RF techniques is a practical and efficient technology for monitoring the dissolved oxygen in aquiculture, and has greatly increased the safety for the fish in the pond.
