Abstract :
With the application of the global version of the particle swarm algorithm in the center location of the continuity of the convergence, it is indeed faster than before, however, being easy to fall into local optimum. The introduction of ALA ideas put forward to solve such a model of particle swarm optimization algorithm. The algorithm first to use local optimization ability of ALA to optimize the initial particles, and then use the particle swarm optimization algorithm for global optimization. Several examples show that the algorithm can handle the continuous location problem of testing center for policy-makers, also, providing an effective optimization tools.
