Abstract :
In this paper, the dual-band PLL module for K-PCS and IMT-2000 mobile communications has been developed. The dual-band PLL module consisted of dual-band VCO, PLL IC and compact multi-layer bandpass filter. The main technological efforts for the dual-band PLL module is to suppress the intermodulation signals by applying the miniature LTCC filter using the slow wave characteristics.
