  • Abstract
This text made a study on the Automated Mechanical Transmission used at an EV-bus. Firstly, the integrated powertrain used in the EV-bus is put forward, which includes the motor, the gearbox and the AMT etc, this integrated powertrain can control the motor speed and the AMT together, the clutch can be cancelled, so it makes the shifting process simple and can improve the efficiency of the driving system; Secondly, the dynamics models which simulate the AMT shifting process are build, and every phase in shifting process is analyzed; Finally, we refer to the experiment, find out the main factors affect the AMT shifting quality, and put forward the way to improve the AMT shifting quality.
