No matter compared with western classic management or with eastern management, China´s family business management has its own featured characteristics. This article attempts to analyze family business advantages and disadvantages, seek the appropriate methods to insist, `the old hobbies´ to give up as well as `the new knowledge´ to study. It´s hoped that a directive reference for family business management could be provided here.
