The risk assessment on BT financing model based on fuzzy theory

In view of the complexity of its operation process and the relationship between the parties involved, the success of BT project which is a new type of public project investment and financing method, to some extent, depends on reasonable risk-sharing. By analyzing the operation process and contractual relationship between parties involved, in this paper, we tried to establish a risk evaluation system based on fuzzy theory. In the end of this paper, a case study was given to demonstrate the application of the risk evaluation system in the hope to make some constructive suggestions for the further development of BT financing model.
