Abstract :
In view of present situation and existent problems of the construction project management, the paper presents BLMIS-PIP model on the foundation of BLM and PIP to meet the requirement of informationization. In which the function submodel is the overall control of the project, information submodel collects and manages news from all participates, portal submodel is used for communication, knowledge submodel provides basic knowledge for the project construction, process submodel realizes the whole lifecycle management. The integration of five view models by network can supervise, control, track and manage all activities of the project effectively, and carry on information sharing and exchange promptly, so as to realize the project management informationization.
