  • Abstract
    The real-time acquisition of multi-channel ultrasonic inspection data and the high-speed storage of the large-capacity data is a key technology of ultrasonic inner-inspection system design on long-distance pipelines. The design scheme of data acquisition and high-speed storage is introduced, the device schematic diagram is given, and the realization method for synchronous acquisition and storage of the ultrasonic inspection data and orientation data based on Visual C++ is detailed. The experiment shows that this method can attain entirely to the inspection purpose and request.
