  • Abstract
In order to improve safety level in traffic accident scene and protect traffic police, safety factors in traffic accident scene were classified into human factors, vehicle factors, road and environment factors and management factors. Applying with system dynamic, system causality graph and flowchart of system dynamic were established. The initial values of parameters were acquired by use of AHP and expert estimation. Using system simulation, the relations between changing of every factors and changing of safety degree in accident scenes were obtained. Research results express that human factors are most important and management factors are secondly, which provides references for managers of expressway.
