Abstract :
Recent experimental results for integrated magnetic inductors for radio frequency (RF) applications are reviewed. The effects of eddy-current loss in the conductive ferromagnetic film, permeability anisotropy, and inductor geometry on the inductance of magnetic inductors are discussed using several examples.
